Make A Payment

All payment dates will be listed on your invoice which will be sent via email or through our payment portal which can be found by navigating to payments.wmp.jesstopia.org. In put your invoice number which will be on the top of your bill. 

If you pay your bill late(after 2-weeks time), you are subject to late fees. Failure to pay at all will result in the termination of your agencies domain and website. Our system gives you 1, 30 day period to mitigate your billing issues and will automatically terminate the domain after that time.

Your invoice number is used for our records. Your invoice ID is used to track you payments and billing on our Payments website.

No. You must pay your bill within the two week window without fees, before late fees will accrue. We do not defer payments. If you are unable to pay within the alloted time frame, you must email us to set up a payment plan. Payment plans are subject to interest as we continue to provide you with services even with an outstanding balance. 

Our late fee depends on the number of times you are deliquent on your payments per calendar year. Our standard late interest rate is 2.6%. Generally we waive this for your first time being late on a payment and if you maintain a good payment history. 

If your services are terminated due to consistently late payments, you may appeal the termination, however most terminations are permanent. Federal regulations within the United States Of Jesstopia prevent the Website Management Agency from authorizing services to accounts deliquent for more than half of the year or when there is higher-than-average interest payments outstanding due to late payments.
